Queen’s bounty is 1.3b does that means he is stronger than katakuri?

Bounties are never the indication of strength, it's just how badly the world government wants your head. Naturally, the stronger pirates have bigger bounties, but bounties are only supposed to be looked at as the risk they pose to the world government, not the strength of a person

But that does mean that Queen posses more danger to gov than Katakuri according to Government. And I am not exactly judging them by their bounties.
Because, I know Luffy always woops enemies of much more bounties tham him.
But it gives a little idea about enemy’s strength. And also how strong their haki is.

Eustace Kid had a bounty as high as Luffy's (at least during the Sabaody arc), because he has no qualms about killing innocent people.

Not neccesarily, bounty in one piece is not just strenght or power levels. It's supposed to represent how much of a threat they are to the government. Even if Queen's bounty is higher than Luffy or Katakuri, doesn't mean they don't stand a chance. For example, Usopp's bounty is 200,000 and chopper is 100 despite chopper being stronger.

Bounty doesnt depends on power , it depends upon how much of a threat the person is to WG , cracker bounty is more than katakuri it doesnt means he is stronger than him
(power also matters in bounty tho, but threat too)

It's also Oda's way to show how far luffy and his crew have come through bounties

He barely gets into fights and also have good relations with so many pirates, but he can't stand the ways of Navy and get into problems with them regularly. He also possess the strength for a 500 million berries bounty 🧑‍🏫.
But you will still find great difference in their bounties 🧑‍🏫

Pelo's bounty:- 800 million berries
Belo's bounty:- 560 million berries

Belo's bounty is more than 500 million because he is a troublesome guy who raids too many islands and kills too much.🧑‍🏫
But, Pelo got a higher bounty because he have good relations with so many pirates which makes him a threat to the government.🧑‍🏫
Government will decide to go after Pelo first because his allies are too many and also because govt. don't give a phuck about the dying people 🧑‍🏫
So yea if luffy got too many subordinates and got good relations with so many other pirates (even royals) then he is a bigger threat then katakuri who is under merciless big mom who kills for some stupid vanilla ice cream asking a question of life of death with a stupid creepy fat face🧑‍🏫

I want to see story of some poor ninja. Who collects all the raijin, shuriken, Spikes after throwing them. And sometimes runs out of shuriken as well. Because he can’t afford new ones.
All the Ninjas I have ever seen just throw them like they have factory at home.

That would be the reality of history, I suppose. Iron was so rare and expensive that shurikens were hardly ever thrown; it was a rare thing for a ninja to even use shurikens, most of the time they used hand-held weapons. Ninja were actually poor, so if they lost a weapon it would take months or years for them to replace it.
On a slightly unrelated note, kunai knives were never thrown and were actually used for utility purposes such as serving as footholds when scaling walls, digging holes, or chipping away at stone, etc.
